About
I have always been naturally sensitive to the world around me, to people, animals, emotions and the things we can often feel long before we can explain them.
True Nature Healing grew from that sensitivity and from a deep belief that healing does not need to be forced. Sometimes what we need most is to feel safe enough to slow down, be heard and allow the body and energy to respond in their own way.
My approach is gentle, intuitive and hands-on. I work with both humans and animals, tuning into what may be held physically, emotionally or energetically and creating space for greater ease, balance and restoration.
Animals hold a particularly special place within my work.
They cannot always tell us where something hurts or why their behaviour has changed, but they communicate in many other ways. I approach every animal with patience, respect and sensitivity, allowing them to lead the pace of the session.
The same is true when I work with people.
There is no expectation to arrive with everything understood or neatly explained. You can simply arrive as you are.
I do not see my role as fixing you or your animal. My role is to listen, connect and offer gentle support alongside the body's own natural processes and any appropriate medical or veterinary care.
This is the heart of True Nature Healing: a quieter, more compassionate way of supporting wellbeing and a gentle return to your true nature.

My Mission
My mission is to create a gentle, compassionate space where both people and animals can feel safe, supported and truly seen.
Through intuitive, hands-on healing, I work sensitively with the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of wellbeing, honouring each individual and allowing the healing process to unfold at its own natural pace.
I believe healing should never feel forced. My role is to listen, connect and support the body and energy as they move towards greater balance, ease and restoration.
At the heart of True Nature Healing is my belief that sometimes healing is less about becoming something new and more about returning to what is already within us - our own true nature.
